Since its inception in 2006, Napa Valley Festival del Sole has been committed to arts education and audience building for classical and other musical genres.  Concerts are designed to educate as well as entertain, to reach out and engage seasoned music lovers and new fans alike. 

Each year the Festival donates tickets to youth groups and gives a grant to the Napa Valley Youth Symphony, a local organization that supports young musicians from more than twenty schools in the region.

The Festival provides performance opportunities for talented young artists on its main stage, and through the Bouchaine Young Artist Series, sponsored by Bouchaine Winery. This popular concert series gives the entire community access to the Festival’s programming, and nurtures gifted young musicians by providing them performance experience.
